Do I need an appointment ?

No , Walk Ins are welcomed

 

How does telemedicine work ?

You’ll be connected to one of our doctors through a video call in the clinic , If you need a prescription , referral or requisition ( for Blood work/ultrasound/X-ray ETC. ) you’ll get one .

We have a Nurse on site to check your physical symptoms Tuesday- Friday 9-2 pm , outside of these hours , you can use our self serve Kiosk to answer a few simple questions about your symptoms and then connect to the doctor for your visit .

 

How long does it take to see the doctor ?

The usual visit  including wait time is 30-45 mins

 

How do I receive my requisition or doctor note?
All medical documents will be sent to the email provided during registration. If you do not receive your medical document on the same day of you consultation, please email us at admin@mdconnected.ca and we will gladly assist.

 

My Health card is expired , Can I still come in ?

No, Patients are responsible for accurate and up to date health card information.

Please bring your health card for each visit. Failure to provide accurate and up to date health card information will result in your claim to OHIP being rejected. Rejected claims are subject to $20.00 administrative fees plus the cost of visit.

For emergency care, please call 911 to arrange transport to your nearest emergency department.
